Kathy’s Monkey Bread Coffee Cake

  • 3 cans buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 stick margerine
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Shake (into paper bag) white sugar and cinnamon together, add 3-4 biscuit pieces into mixture and shake. Lay together in a greased bundt or angel food pan. Boil brown sugar and margarine together for 1 minute. Pour over biscuit pieces. Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes.
