Lobster Thermidor Ingredients

• 3 lb lobster, steamed, cut in 1/2
• 6 c milk
• 1 c roux
• 1 tbsp dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 c chopped parsley
• 3 oz. parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Heat milk for cream sauce, thicken with roux.
2. Add spices, mix together with wire whisk.
3. Place hot lobster on serving platter and pour cream sauce over.
4. Serve.

Note: Serve with any side dish and salad.
