Fried Pork Chops Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 sleeve saltines, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c milk
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c cooking oil

Southern Fried Pork Chops Directions

Put eggs and milk in a bowl and blend together. In separate bowl put flour. In separate bowl put crushed saltines. The process is taking a pork chop, dip in flour, then dip in egg, then dip in crackers. Then place in frying pan with hot oil on medium high heat. Fry on both sides until brown. Serve.

Note: Use this same Quick pork chop recipe process for chicken strips or fried chicken (may need to deep fry chicken 12 minutes). Serve with any side dish, salad and quick bread.
