Easy Mexican Cheese Dip
Mexican Cheese Dip with ground beef, is an easy appetizer for dipping crackers, nacho chips, and tortilla chips. This Dip is a great party staple to go with your other appetizers or for an after school snack for the kids.
Mexican Cheese Dip
- 1 lb soft pasteurized American cheese
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 lb ground beef, browned, drained (optional)
- 1/2 onion diced, sauteed
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- pepper to taste
Mexican Cheese Dip Directions
In large microwaveable bowl, place cheese and milk, heat for 1 minute then stir, heat again and stir add onions and seasonings and ground beef if desired. Stir together and microwave until hot.
Note: Serve with nacho chips, use over nachos, or with Bacon Wrapped Steak.
