Cinnamon French Toast

Cinnamon French Toast for 4 servings

  • 6 eggs
  • 5 oz. milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and blend with whisk. Add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon and whisk briskly. Have a heated and lightly greasedΒ pan or electric skillet at 375℉ . Dip your choice of bread into the mixture and place in pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until nice and brown on both sides. Serve with butter and syrup.

Note: You can use flavored syrups or flavor your own by adding any canned fruit filling or fresh fruit to your syrup. For the bread you can use: cinnamon, white, wheat, gluten-free, or texas toast.
