Bacon Wrapped Pineapple

Bacon Wrapped Pineapple makes an Excellent Appetizer for Parties and Get Togethers. Serve for Holidays and Special events. In our family it was a traditional appetizer for Christmas or New Years. We loved to make it because it was often requested by friends and loved ones. It also goes well with any beverage or cocktail. It also goes well with our honey baked ham.

Bacon Wrapped Pineapple

• 1 fresh pineapple Cut into wedges
• 1 lb thick cut bacon, cut in half
• round toothpicks

Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Directions

Wrap bacon around Pineapple. Skewer with toothpick. Place on cookie sheet. bake 375* 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve.
