Simple and Tasty Potato Wedges
Try these easy potato wedges made from red, russet, or sweet potatoes. Simply cut wedges, butter, season, and bake. Potato wedges are a great snack or side dish for any main entree.
Potato Wedges Ingredients
serves 6-10
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- Chef Frankβs Seasoning to taste
- garlic to taste(granulated or fresh chopped)
Potato Wedges Directions
Cut potatoes the long way into wedges(about 3-4 per halve).
Place potatoes skin side down on baking sheet or dish. Brush with butter, then apply seasonings. Bake at 375* for about 1/2 hour or until brown and tender.
Note: An easy side for any beef, chicken, pork, or seafood entree.
