Drawn butter, or some call it clarified butter, is used over broiled fish, lobster, and many different seafood entrees whether on the grill or under a broiler.

Drawn Butter

1/2 lb butter

Melt butter in small sauce pan very slowly. do not stir or boil. Whan butter has melted, skim away salt layer on top. Than ladle the clear hot butter into a small "drawn butter cup", or a small custard dish does well.

This Recipe is served with Broiled Lobster Tail, Broiled Shrimp, Fresh Broiled Lake Michigan Whitefish, and Sea scallops. To name a few.
