Cinnamon French Toast for
4 servings
6 eggs
5 0z. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbs. cinnamon
break eggs
in mixing bowl and blend with wisk. add milk, vanilla, cinnamon and wisk briskly. have a heated and lightly greased pan
or electric skillet about 375*. Dip your choice of bread in mixture and place in pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side
or until nice and brown on both sides. Serve with butter and syrup.
Note: You can use flavored syrups or flavor
you own by adding any canned fruit filling to your syrup, or fresh fruit. On the bread you can use cinnamon, white, wheat,
no gluten, or Texas toast.
