Poppy Seed Bread for 200
20# yellow cake mix
8# toasted
coconut instant pudding mix (vanilla pudding and add toasted coconut works too.)
20 large eggs
4 c
vegetable oil
3 c soaked and drained poppy seeds
6 c hot water
Mix all ingredients in large
mixer bowl, beat as for cake on medium speed for two minutes. Scale out on four greased sheetpans.
Bake in pre-heated
oven 350* for 30-45 minutes. Test with toothpick.
