Chocolate Cake is made quick and easy for birthdays or any occasion. A five minute scratch recipe for Chocolate Cake is truly quick, easy, and fun for Parties.  Quick Easy Chocolate Cake
2 1/2 c flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/3 c veg oil 1 1/2 c sugar 2 eggs pinch salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c bakers cocoa 1 1/2 - 2 c water add gradually Mix together in large bowl with electric mixer, sugar, oil, eggs, salt and vanilla. mix well for two minutes medium speed. In seperat bowl combine flour, b. powder and soda. Mix together with whisk. Add to wet mixture with 1 c water and mix. add rest of water gradually until a thick pourable batter is acheived. Pour batter into greased 9X13 glass baking pan or in two round cake pans. Level and bake in pre-heated 350* oven for 25 minutes. Test with toothpick, remove from oven and let cool. Cover with frosting and serve.
