Quick Easy Beef Brochettes Recipe is great in the summer
for a barbeque on the patio, or inside under the broiler. Fresh Beef and Vegetables Brochettes, Merinated and Skewered.
Here's a great recipe for your summer cookout!
Beef Brochettes
serves 4-6 2 lb sirloin
steak ( cut in 1" cubes) 1 green pepper 2 tomatoes 1 large onion 1 lb whole fresh mushrooms 1
can whole peeled potaoes 1 c italian dressing 1 tbsp oregano salt and pepper to taste 1Tsp granulated
or fresh garlic
Note: You will need steel skewers for this recipe.
Cut all vegetables in large
chunks to fit skewers. Impale meat and vegetables alternating on skewers, according to what you like. Place Brochettes
in 2" deep pan and pour italian dressing over and sprinkle oregano, garlic, salt & pepper. Cover and let merinade
for an hour. May be broiled in oven or better, Grilled over charcoal. Cook until desired doneness. Serve
with wild rice. Serves four.

Quick Easy Honey Barbeque Baby Back Ribs, So Delicious and Easy Prep in the Oven or on the Barbeque
Grill. Great With Roasted Red Potatoes and Salad. Baby Back Ribs are Excellent With Homemade Quick Easy Honey Barbeque Sauce Recipe.
Honey Barbeque Baby Back Ribs Quick and Easy to
Prepare.3 lb or more baby back pork ribs 1/2 onion, cut chunky 1/2 tsp seasoned salt pinch white pepper 1 c honey barbeque sauce 1 c barbeque sauce (if you prefer regular barbeque sauce without honey) 1/2 c water
In roasting pan, place ribs,
water, onion, and seasoning. Cover and roast at 300* for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and brush sauce over ribs (you may
have to drain excess liquid first). Place under broiler to finish or outside on the barbeque grill.
Note: can be enjoyed with scalloped potatoes in winter, and potato or vegetable salad in summer. I suggest fresh sweet corn in season!

Here's the chili recipe for those of you cooking for a crowd:
56# chili beans(red) ( 7 no. 10 cans)
11qts tomato juice
30# ground beef
6 large green peppers diced
4 large spanish onions diced
2 large stalks celery diced
1 c. ground cumin
1 c. chili powder (mild if
for kids)
1/4 c. granulated garlic
2 tbs white pepper.
Place ground beef in pan and cook in convection
oven 325* about 1 1/2 hour stirring around every 20 minutes. Place diced vegetables, juice, and spices in kettle and simmer
until cooked. Add beans then ground beef(cooked and drained). Let simmer and serve.
Serves 180 to 200 people, how easy
is that!
Goes great with corn bread or parmesan bread sticks and salad.

a hard time getting the onion smell off your hands? Try running your hands in cool water for a few seconds, then grasp the
neck of the faucet and slide you hands quickly back and forth on the chrome causing some friction. Rinse and Voila! No smell.
