Vegetarian Goulash is a Quick Easy Recipe with Tomato Sauce and Fresh Cut Vegetables and Cheese. Vegetarian Goulash is a Great Casserole for Lunch or Supper. Serve with Salads, Hot Rolls, Hot Vegetables, or Fresh cut up Fruit.

Vegetarian Goulash   serves 8
1 lb macaroni, cooked 8 min., drained
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 rib celery, diced small
1 12oz. can tomato sauce
1 12oz. can diced tomatoes
2 oz. melted butter
1 tsp Chef Frank's Seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 c shredded cheddar cheese(optional)


Place Macaroni in boiling water and boil( 8 minutes), then drain
Sautee vegetables in olive oil until tender, then combine all ingredients into casserole dish, mix together well, and bake in pre-heated oven at 350* for one (1) hour.

Note:
Add black or chili beans to make Chili Mac.
