Cinnamon Caramel Sauce is a must for any Cinnamon Roll or many Dessert Recipes. Cinnamon Caramel Sauce takes 5 minutes on the stove, very quick and easy!

Cinnamon Caramel Sauce:

4 oz. butter
2 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2 c heavy cream

Place butter and sugar in sauce pan and heat on medium  heat stirring constantly with whisk until mixture starts to boil. Add cinnamon and slowly add cream while whisking until desired consistancy is reached. Remove from heat and spoon over Cinnamon rolls or Desserts.
