Pork with Yellow and Green Beans, served over rice. serves about 6-8 people

6 pork chops cut in bite size peices
2 cans yellow beans, drained
2 cans green beans, drained
1/2 onion, diced
2 qts tomato juice
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic granulated or chopped
1 tbsp butter

Use electric skillet or large frying pan on top of the stove, brown pork chops and onion together with butter and spices. After pork is nice and carmelized with onion, place in large sauce pan with tomato juice and beans. Simmer for about an hour. Serve over rice. Goes well with
salads or fruit and warm bread.
