Recipe. With a Hint of Cinnamon and Quick Tapioca, it's Wonderful Served Warm.
Apple Crisp serves
6 tart apples, peeled, sliced
1 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp quick tapioca
4 oz. butter, melted
1 c corn flakes
2 c quick oats
part: In mixing bowl combine apples, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, white sugar, salt, tapioca. Mix well and place in sprayed(nonstick) oblong
glass baking dish.
Crisp part: In mixing bowl add corn flakes, oats, brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and butter.
Mix well then spread over top of apples. Bake 350* for 1 hour. Great with ice cream or whipped cream.
variations to this recipe are substituting other fruits with apples such as blueberries
