Chicken Strips Quick and Easy

3 lbs raw chicken breast meat, cut in strips
1 sleeve saltines, crushed
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
pepper to taste
1 1/2 c cooking oil

Put eggs and milk in a bowl and blend together. In seperate bowl put flour. In seperate bowl put crushed saltines. The process is taking a chicken strip, dip in flour, then dip in egg, then dip in crackers. Then place in frying pan with hot oil on medium high heat. Fry on both sides until brown. Serve.

Note:  Use this same quick easy chicken strip recipe process for fried pork chops or fried chicken (may need to deep fry chicken 12 minutes). Goes great with potato wedges or any side or salad
