Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe is Quick And Easy with Fresh Vegetables and Shrimp, Stir Fried at 450* and Served over Rice or Pasta. Shrimp Stir Fry is a nice Healthy Entree for Family and Friends.

Shrimp Stir Fry       serves 10-15
3-4 lb Shrimp 21-25 count, peeled, deveined, raw
1  bunch broccoli
1 onion
2 ribs celery
1 carrot (large)
1 green pepper
4 oz. fresh pea pods
2 c cauliflower
2 c fresh bean sprouts
1 c fresh mushrooms
soy sauce-to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
ginger, ground or fresh grated


Clean and cut all vegetable in about 1" squares ir strips, carrots should be sliced thin. Mix all vegetables together. Have shrimp ready in seperate bowl.

In large fry pan or wok heat pan with olive oil. When it starts to smoke (about450*) put in a small amount of vegetables and ginger at a time, not to
crowd. Stir fry until vegetables change color, add soy sauce to taste, remove from pan and place into serving dish. Repeat process. Cook shrimp in seperate pan using same method.


Note: Serve with rice or fried noodles and cabbage. Egg rolls work well as a side too. Also fresh
spinach salad is perfect too!
