Quick Easy Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe ia a Standard for the Holidays. Twice Baked Potatoes with
Sour Cream, Chives, and Cheddar Cheese is Delicious.
Twice Baked Potatoes serves 105 russet baking potatoes(large)
3 oz butter
1/2 c sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Bake potatoes at 375* for one hour. Remove from oven and let cool only
long enough to cut in half. Scoop potato out of skin and place in mixing bowl. Mash well then add sour cream, cheese, butter
and seasoning. Mash well. Scoop spoonfuls of mashed potatoes into skins and place on cookie sheet or baking dish. Sprinkle
paprika on top. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Note: Goes well with pork ribs, ham, or roast beef, chicken or pork. Great for holidays
