Apple Sauce Quick and Easy Scratch Recipe to Prepare on the Stove. Using Tart Apples from Michigan Makes this Apple Sauce Recipe Rock. Very Nice with Pork Roast or Ham.

Apple Sauce

5 tart Michigan apples, peeled, chunked
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c water

Place all ingredients in sauce pan. Cook on low heat, stirring often. Applesauce is done when apples are incorporated and soft. Serve as a side dish with
ham, or pork, or by itself as a snack.
